CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :
- Non cancellable & Non refundable rate : This options allows you to beneficiate from a better rate. 100% of the reservation (room only) is charged upon reservation.
The reservation is non-amendable, non-cancellable & non-refundable under any circumstances (including transport strikes and cancellations of business trips).
- Flexible rate : the 1st night will be charged 48 hours before the arrival.
- Cancellation during the stay : for all the rates, the full amount will be charged.
- No Show : for all the rates, the global amount of the stay will be charged for any no show.
- Group Reservation : please consult our reception team for particular cancellation conditions.
GROUP RESERVATION :
- Any reservation for 3 rooms or more is considered as a group.
- Please send an email to the reception team at hello@hotelhenriette.com to get the particular sales conditions for groups.
CITY TAX :
- 5.20€ per adult per night.
